Privacy Policy

DRAFT — written to reflect how this site actually works today. Have an attorney review before treating it as final, given the sensitive nature of benefits-application assistance.

Who we are

Manors Medicaid ("we," "us") provides free assistance to individuals and families applying for Medicaid, SNAP, and TCA cash assistance in South Florida. This policy covers manorsmedicaid.com and the appointment request form on it.

Information we collect through this website

When you submit the appointment request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, preferred language, which program(s) you're interested in, and any optional notes you add. We do not collect Social Security numbers, income documents, or other benefits-application paperwork through this website — that information is only collected in person, on paper or through our internal case management system, once you're working directly with a staff member.

How we use it

We use your appointment request to contact you by phone, text, or email to schedule and confirm a visit, and to prepare for that visit. If you consent, we may also create a record in our internal case management system so our staff has your information ready when you arrive.

How we share it

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only: (1) internally, with the staff member who will assist you; (2) with state or federal agencies as part of an application you've asked us to help you submit; or (3) with service providers who help us operate this site and process your request — currently Google Workspace (email) and Cloudflare (website hosting and form processing). We may also require these providers to enter a Business Associate Agreement or comparable data-protection agreement where appropriate.

Analytics

We use website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Data retention

We keep appointment request information for as long as needed to schedule your visit and follow up afterward, and any records created in our case management system for as long as required by applicable recordkeeping laws for benefits application assistance.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete an appointment request that hasn't yet turned into an in-person visit, at any time by calling (954) 357-2721.
